"The climb-up master class is designed to help participants learn the fundamentals of the climb-up and develop the skills necessary to become more confident in this parkour skill.

Led by Renae Dambly, the workshop covers a range of topics including proper technique, coordination drills, and strength training. Participants will have the opportunity to practice their skills with a variety of drills and games, and receive personalized feedback and guidance.
