With more than twenty weekly classes, open gym sessions, camps and workshops, Hal 5 is our central hub for the community.

Thanks to being internationally known within the parkour world, we also regularly have top athletes visiting, whether or not on the occasion of one of our events that we organise annually.

Girls-only parkour class

Led by our three international coaches - Rachel Gough, Camilla Stefaniu & Louise Kilstrup - who will be back at Hal 5 again this year, we will continue the new Girls-only class!

FOR WHO?

The open gym sessions are accessible from the age of 12.

For safety reasons, we ask that those who join have experience with parkour.

An open gym session is not a class. This means it is not the time to 'have a go at it', because unfortunately we notice that's when accidents happen.

NO MORE KIDS JAMS

Due to the small turnout, there are no more open trainings/kids jams for the 9-12 year olds.
